Some 65,000 people were supposed to pack the Bank of America stadium in Charlotte, N.C., for the grand finale of this year's Democratic National Convention. But, as Byron Pitts reports, Mother Nature has other plans; And, Syrian rebels appear to be making some gains against the regime, but the Assad government continues to bombard it's own people. As Holly Williams reports, after nearly 18 months, Syria's civil war looks increasingly like a stalemate.
